Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Kevin McDonagh.  I have been a keen photographer for many years. At one time I even had the pleasure of having my own darkroom - when I lived in a house where there was space for one. 

I have photographed exclusively in digital format since I got my first Olympus digital camera in 2007. When I retired in 2014 I moved, with my partner to Devon. Since then I have been able to develop my photographic skills. I am especially inspired by landscape, wildlife and astrophotography. Recently I have been trying my hand at macro photography. Within Devon, Dartmoor in particular, is a huge photographic inspiration to me. 

I was a member of a local Camera Club. I have recently formed The Photograhers' Collective - with a group of friends, many of whom feel less need for the structures of a Camera Club and prefer the more creative and relaxed approach to photography that a group might provide without the need for rules and regulations.  

We had a very successful exhibition at the Local Community Arts Centre, TAAG (Teignmouth Arts Action Group) in July 2024 and have already booked exhibition space at that Centre for 2025 and 2026.
